Very clean! And all washers and dryers seem to function properly! Staff was very helpful and I felt safe in a not so safe area.

The people that work there are very polite and willing to give service if needed. Laundry is very, very clean inside and outside. Offer a cheaper rate if you join Laundry membership.

Clothes smelled liked mildew and I knew there was only one place in town where I could freshen up and run over to the local Dominoes across the lot and snag me some garlic cheesy bread!! Come on down to Norton Laundry Mill!

One of the cleanest, most efficient units in town. I just love the vibe when I enter. Other laundromat feels dred and dark. Emotionally draining and demeaning. Not here...I feel like a Taylor Swift concert of good energy is happening here.

Very clean, comfortable temperature in the building. Parking is well thought out. Machines are efficient and very clean. Thank you for making a tiresome chore a little less tedious !!!!

This is a nice place to do laundry kinda of weird it brought me back to my childhood when this used to be pizza hut where my parents brought me every Friday night

All I can say is wow. New machines. Very clean. Lady cleaning was great friendly and kept the place tidy. I’m sure she doesn’t make enough money for what she does. I was impressed. Plus music was mixture for everyone. I will bring my sister back.

This newly opened laundry mat is always monitored by an employee and always very clean! The attendant cleans machines promptly after patrons use any machine and they are always very friendly! I always feel safe coming here no matter if it's early in the morning or later in the day. People are friendly, but the attendant makes sure no one is "too" friendly and no one wanders in off the street making anyone feel unsafe. The machines are operated by coin or via phone app, which is easy to use. There are signs clearly explaining how to use the app, and they offer a small percentage back for paying through the app. The app does place a $15 hold on your card.

Visited Sunday Sept 7th at 6:30 p.m. Kudos to staff members Ms. Pam & Ms. B. I'm disabled and they were extremely friendly and helpful. I used two $6 washers #22/23 & dryers #49/50. There are also $9 & $4.75 machines. Dryers were $1. The facility was constantly kept clean. There are several folding tables and a spacious sitting area. I'm definitely returning! 🤩🤗
